Modeling
Utilizing the 3D modeling software Revit you will be able to see your project come to life. This is also crucial for coordination with mechanical, electrical & plumbing consultants.
Construction
Since I worked at the City of Vancouver as a plans examiner for 7 years I can see where potential problems may arise during permitting and avoid them. Complete Construction Drawings and Documents will ensure more pleasant portion to the Construction phase of the project.
